Definition
An expression used in place of the common slang term "OMG" to express a variety of emotions including excitement, anger, shock... and really most anything.
The term's full meaning is "Oh my Tree Hill" deriving from the CW's popular TV show "One Tree Hill" which is full of drama, suspense, heartache and a wide range of any natural emotion one could suffer from.A Brief History

"OMTH you are the best!"
As some of you know, I've watched the CW's teenage-now young adult soap opera "One Tree Hill" since it's beginning back in 2003. After missing two-ish seasons in college, I became a dedicated follower again junior year in college when the show conveniently aired during my rec center time. Anyhow, my hot little sister, Anneface (lovingly shown below), and I thought it would be a great idea to use the term O.T.H. in place of O.M.G.

Long story short, we couldn't make the transition very well. Conversations went something like this, "O.M. aaaaaaaaaarg. O.T.H." So eventually we opted to merge the two phrases, leaving us with "O.M.T.H."
